Blue sky, small cumulus clouds arriving from the northwest. Fishing boat and two paddle boats on the water; then one sailboat. More people on the paths than on the beaches. Large blooming stand of goldenrod next to the band shell. Canada hawkweed flowering and seeding along the northern and western shores. Small stand of purple loosestrife blooming between Gray-headed coneflowers and the  blue water on the western shore.
