Pair of loons off the southern shore; a score of lesser scaups nearby, some taking flight. Goose nesting on the small island in the southwest inlet. Hundreds of coots scattered to the north; several horned grebes.; several pied-bill grebes. A dozen mergansers mixed with grebes off the northern shore. Gulls on the water and in the air.
